天津北方网讯:我市即将进入汛期。国网天津电力以“安全生产月”为重要抓手，深入落实迎峰度夏、防汛救灾等措施，确保重点防洪点安全供电，筑牢汛期安全防线。
电力是泵站防洪的重要支撑。8日上午，国网天津电缆公司工作人员周到海河口泵站管理处，对3条35kV电力线路的电缆间距、电缆夹层、开关站进行了调研。
国网天津电力也将泵站双电源升级改造作为确保汛期供电安全的重要保障。5月29日，南开区密云路泵站增容工程完成送电，供电能力由2550 KVA提高到7700 KVA，排水能力由10 m3/s提高到22 m3/s，有助于泵站应对暴雨极端天气；5月30日，在东丽空港经济区东九道泵站，泵站双电源升级改造工程竣工验收，6台功率280千瓦的立式轴流泵进入战时防汛状态。
汛期来临前，国网天津电力修订完成了重点防洪点、泵站应急预案，建立了全天候应急抢修机制，确保人员、物资快速反应。应急抢修队伍、涉水抢险车、应急发电车、应急灯塔、应急吸水车等设备随时待命，全力确保本市汛期安全供电。同时，以低洼高负荷电缆线路为重点，组织电缆专业人员利用超高频局部放电、红外测温等技术，对重点防洪线路开展拉网式安全隐患排查。对部分电缆井盖老化、塌陷等情况已开始专项排查整改。共排查井盖14502个，更换铸铁井盖673个，在所有低洼地区电缆接地箱上张贴警示水位线和报警电话。(津云新闻编辑刘颖)
