玻璃钢格栅的安装

一、平台安装

1、格栅支撑边在钢梁上至少有40mm宽承托，格栅与格栅之间的安装间隙6mm，格栅与混凝土柱之间安装间隙为10mm.

2、玻璃钢格栅与支撑梁之间应用M型或L型火具进行固定，每块格栅至少4只，两块相邻非承托格栅边与边之间应采用C型夹具进行连接，没1.8m长的中心至少使用一只。

二、地沟安装

1、参考玻璃钢格栅单格尺寸，尽可能调整地沟尺寸，使格栅径切割后边缘为封闭口，保持格栅整体性，保证安装效果。

2、格栅在混凝土地基上至少有40mm宽承托，格栅与混凝土的间隙为3-6mm。

三、楼梯安装

1、格栅踏步应安装在踏步框架或托架上，框架或托架可以是钢制，也可以是玻璃钢制。

2、格栅踏步与框架间隙3-6mm,每块踏步用8只固定夹具固定，每个角使用两只，也可以直接固定在托架上。

玻璃钢格栅的维护：

1、在使用过程中可用洗涤液清洗表面灰尘、污物，不需其它保养措施。

2、在使用过程中应避免钢结构和设备维修时电焊、氧炔焰等各种明火、高温的直接接触。

3、在使用过程中应避免钢结构和调和设备维修时各种钢材、钢制利器、工具等的拖拉、撞击损伤和油漆污染。
