钢格栅的安装

1、将钢格栅板固定在相应的平台框架上，对于直接铺在锅炉钢结构上的格栅板，要按照层次选择出所需要的不同规格尺寸的钢格栅板，并按层次叠在一起，以便分别吊到各结构上去。

2、钢格栅板铺设时，按图纸要求将不同规格尺寸的栅格铺设在相应框架上，然后调整栅格使其间距均匀再进行施焊固定，不宜随铺随焊。钢格栅板支垫处的平面，应垂直平整，其误差应在0．5mm范围内。

3、钢格栅板安装前应进行平整，保证和支垫处平面一致，不致产生支垫不严。格栅板在现场拼接中，应保持全部格栅处在同一直线上，其弯曲度应在1‰的范围内。同一区域，钢格栅板铺设方向应一致。

4、对因与柱梁结构相碰而需要切割的部位，在切割部分网格后应按图纸要求进行加强。

钢跳板是建筑行业施工用具的一种。一般可以称为钢制脚手板，建筑钢跳板，钢踏板，镀锌钢跳板，热镀锌钢踏板，深受广大造船业，石油平台、电力、建筑业的被推广使用。钢跳板开有M18螺栓孔，用于板与板连接，调节平台底部宽度。钢跳板与钢跳板之间，使用高度为180mm踢脚板，踢脚板涂黑黄相间的油漆，在各自的3个孔洞中用螺丝固定踢脚板。这样钢跳板与钢跳板之间就可固定连接了。连接完成后，应严格对制作平台的材料进行验收把关，平台制作完成后，进行试验。安装完成，经验收合格挂牌，方可投入使用。
