球墨铸铁井盖的安装

 步骤一:安装调节环,将调节环埋于井圈加固混凝土内,确保调节环顶部与路面标高距离在9cm~15cm范围内。

       步骤二:放置安装限位井圈:将按章限位井圈以承插方式放入调节环,并在其上安置盖板,安装限位井圈的高度与沥青路面标高一致或略高出2cm。

       步骤三:淋洒乳化沥青:在工作面表面淋适量乳化沥青,以增加填充沥青与基础的粘合度

        步骤四:逐层填充沥青并夯实:分层填充沥青(首层7cm,二层6cm,三层4cm),每填充一层沥青即用强夯机反复夯实,重复上述工序,直至将填充的沥青夯实至与路面标高基本一致。注意:必须确保沥青的紧实度,以免拔出安装限位井圈时沥青塌落。

       步骤五:拔出安装限位井圈:将沥青填充至高出路面标高约2cm,即与安装限位井圈相同的高度。拔出时应垂直将安装限位井圈小心地取出。但注意避免破坏周围的沥青填充层。

        步骤六:拔出安装限位井圈:拔出后一个预制结构完成,此时,沥青铺装层高于路面标高约2cm。

        步骤七:插入可调式球墨铸铁防沉降井盖:将可调式防沉降井盖对应预制结构小心垂直放入,为确保沥青结构层的密实度,可以在支座法兰面底部均匀塞入适量沥青。

        步骤八:轧平压实井盖及沥青路面:使用振动压路机将井盖压入路面中,使之与路面浑然一体、水平一致。

        步骤九:打开盖板,清理干净所有塞在开启口、铰链及透气孔中的残余沥青,以***井盖日后的正常使用。施工完毕待沥青降至常温即可开放交通,无须养护。

井盖类型非常的多,像是上水井盖、污水井盖、雨水井盖、雨水箅子、电力井盖、路灯井盖、通信井盖、电信井盖、热力井盖、燃气井盖、电缆井盖、化粪池井盖等等。不同的井盖有不同的功能,上水井盖是供水用的井盖,下水井盖则主要是用来排除掉路面上的积水的。像湖南甄金井盖的类型,有不锈钢井盖、铸铁井盖、复合树脂井盖等类型,铸铁井盖中,球墨铸铁圆井和铸铁沟盖板使用的较多。因为路面上的车辆多,而球墨铸铁井盖的承压能力比较好,公路上使用的多的就是这类型井盖了,而且井盖的类型也多。

Ductile iron manhole covers are a type of ductile iron products. Spheroidal graphite is obtained from ductile iron through spheroidization and inoculation, effectively improving the mechanical properties of cast iron, especially its plasticity and toughness, resulting in higher strength than carbon steel. Ductile iron is a high-strength cast iron material developed in the 1950s. Its comprehensive performance is similar to that of steel. It is precisely based on its excellent performance that it has been successfully used to cast some parts with complex stress and high requirements for strength, toughness, and wear resistance. Ductile iron has rapidly developed into a widely used cast iron material, second only to gray iron. The so-called “replacing steel with iron” mainly refers to ductile iron.

“树脂井盖(也叫 高分子玻璃钢井盖/复合材料井盖)是一种以以玻璃纤维及其制品(玻璃布、带、毡、纱等)作为增强添加材料,以合成树脂作基体材料,主要由不饱和聚酯树脂、填料、引发剂、增稠剂、低收缩添加剂、膜模剂、颜料及增强材料等组成,然后高温模压成型的一种新型井盖产品。
