网友说:“龙泉驿区和锦江区交界处，丹桂街和琼花街交叉口东南，老邻居超市附近的一些电井盖损坏已久，最近刚刚更换。但可能是因为新的质量太差，很快又坏了。不知道这种井盖是哪个厂生产的。它的厚度比较薄，骨头细如铁丝。如果在路人经过的时候损坏了井盖，后果不堪设想，这个安全隐患太严重了！希望相关部门重视！尽快处理问题。”
12月21日，成都兴城集团回应调查及处理结果。
网友您好！您所反映的问题收悉，我公司高度重视，立即组织专人进行调查处理，现将有关情况答复如下：
经核实，您所投诉范围为我公司建设的成都市东部新区起步区三圣、洪河片区基础设施建设项目——锦和康城周边丹桂街等五条路道排及附属工程项目，针对您反映的丹桂街与琼花东街交叉口老邻居超市对面人行道上交安井盖损坏问题。
经调查，为附近商铺进货，重型机动车频繁行驶至人行道上，导致人行道井盖被压坏。
同时，我公司已安排施工单位立即更换质量更好的井盖，并与周边商家沟通，避免机动车驶上人行道，争取取得他们支持配合和理解。
