该项目通过井盖的智能升级改造，实现了井盖开启、位移、倾斜、损耗、井内气体浓度、水位的实时监控。本次井盖智能升级改造工程的实施，将为全市增加约2000个智能井盖，安装近500套物联网传感设备，打造智能井盖管理城区。
