王元利社区工作人员在日常巡逻走访中，发现望园南里17号楼前井盖坍塌，石砖损毁严重，社区紧急召开协调会，进行统筹。社区充分发挥主观能动性，积极推进社区治理。通过走访和与居民交流，对地砖破损缺砖的现象进行了讨论，社区决定对破损的地砖进行改造。
当天，社区工作人员联系了施工人员和燃气公司，对该路段进行勘查。经过一周的施工，地面已经完全修整好了。修复后的地面不仅美观，而且方便居民通行，为居民创造了便捷的出行和生活环境。
