近日，家住柏杨路的居民石先生致电新民晚报热线962555反映，柏杨路高科西路至路两侧非机动车车道上有十几个井盖，妨碍非机动车正常通行。
昨天，记者来到白杨路上的非机动车道。记者从高科西路走到方鑫路，再从方鑫路走到高科西路。结果显示，这两条不足百米长的非机动车道上，共有十多个大小不一的井盖。但这些井盖都高于路面，其中道路西侧的非机动车道数量最多。
记者特意测量发现，这些井盖高出地面约2-3厘米，确实成了非机动车的“拦路虎”。石先生说，非机动车一旦骑到路面上方的井盖上，不一定要磕碰，但很可能会绊倒，尤其是晚上，危险系数更高。
市民石先生告诉记者，每次骑车来这里都会格外小心，怕被马路上方的井盖绊倒。他建议当地路政部门尽快修复路面，或者改造这些井盖，保证骑车人的安全。
