缺少了井盖之后，深井的黑洞洞的口是可怕的。更可怕的是，居然有人在没有安保的情况下，用塑料井盖“盖”了起来。“井盖惨案”并没有惊动一些人。
相关部门有责任定期对井盖进行检查，及时消除安全隐患，不要让塑料井盖成为帮凶。(小蜜国家)
