“朝阳路与成园路交叉口西北角，有一个井盖，有一个大洞。以前行人很危险，尤其是附近住着很多老人和小孩。希望能尽快处理。”近日，汝州市凤雪路街道办事处接到群众电话，反映辖区一处窨井盖损坏严重，存在安全隐患。
丰学路街道党工委立即将井盖设施改造列入群众信访名单，并指派以包片领导为首的专班进行处理。工作班第一时间赶到现场核实。了解情况后，立即协调住建、城管等监督管理部门共同研判，制定整改方案。先在损坏的井盖处立路障警示牌提醒，然后更换损坏的井盖。
井盖更换后，凤学路街道举一反三，对辖区内的井盖进行专项排查整治。成立专班，组织网格员、社区党员干部对街道、背街小巷、胡同、学校周边等区域进行全面排查，对问题井盖进行挂牌，建立“整体销售”台账，做到发现一处、整改一处、销售一处，确保排查整改工作取得实效。同时，加强对井盖日常检查、定期维护、全过程监控、应急处置等工作的监管，按照“谁所有、谁负责”的原则，要求切实落实井盖的维修、养护和管理责任。
据悉，丰学路街道普查共有2583个井盖，其中公共区域568个，非公共区域2015个。通过对56名专职网格员和社区党员干部的普查，共发现问题井盖20个，目前已全部整改完毕。
