近日，陈小姐向12345政府服务热线反映，广州市南沙区何蓝镇市场路有一个破损的井盖，存在安全隐患，需要尽快更换。何蓝镇农业与农村技术服务中心接到市民诉求后立即派工作人员赶到现场，发现井盖锈蚀穿孔，过往行人和车辆有坠落危险。为防止发生意外，工作人员立即对井盖进行了警示，并于当天完成了损坏井盖的更换工作。
为确保市民出行安全，何蓝镇农业农村技术服务中心立即开展辖区井盖设施安全隐患排查。排查中发现，有30个问题井盖分别存在破损、突出、沉降、松动、塌陷等问题。工作人员立即对问题井盖进行了更换和维修，并对井盖底座周围破损路面进行了重铺，确保行人和车辆通行无异响、无位移。
近年来，不少井盖“吃人”事件频发，一些问题井盖逐渐成为“马路黑洞”和“隐形杀手”。为保障群众出行安全，何蓝镇热线中心将以12345热线数据为主线，创新治理机制。
建立多部门“共治”。与城管部门、网格中心、当地村委会社区合作，将井盖设施纳入检查范围，让基层环卫工人、网格员、村委会社区成员在日常工作中关注井盖设施，将问题尽快上报责任部门进行后续处理。
此外，通过召集各产权单位赴现场调查协调，有效解决问题井盖，保障人民群众出行安全。
