河北法制报讯 （记者 王智勇 通讯员 袁建锋）邢台李女士遇上一件烦心事，她在逛街时踩空地上的下陷井盖致使摔伤，好在邢台开发区人民法院强制执行，仅用一周就帮李女士拿到全部执行款。
去年，李女士在街上行走时，摔倒在街道拐角处一个凹陷的井盖上，导致身体多处骨折，并为此支付了巨额医疗费。去年3月，李女士将井盖的主人邢台某通信公司告上法庭。经过两次终审，法院最终判令被告支付阿利女士赔偿金134500元。因邢台某通信公司未履行判决义务，李女士无奈于今年5月9日向邢台开发区法院提出强制执行申请。
法院受理后，立即启动司法查控程序，对通信公司进行全面财产调查，冻结该公司银行账户，第一时间传唤该公司负责人，告知其拒不履行法院判决的法律后果。
迫于压力，邢台某通信公司于5月16日主动履行了全部执行款。李女士收到执行款后，对法院的高效执行表示感谢。
