据霸州网友刘女士(化名)介绍，本人是开城上东区业主。5月21日晚上，我和朋友要出去吃饭。出了小区刚上车，非要开走。朋友高先生看到前面路上有个井盖塌了。他故意下车走回小区，从小区门口搬来一个三角锥桶。他把三角锥桶放在坍塌的井盖上，提醒路过的人注意安全。
井盖坍塌的位置在经过三个小红绿灯后，通往上东区北门的辅路上。这条路上有很多人和车。如果电动车经过这里，一不注意车轮很容易陷进去，导致摔倒或者翻车。如果有人在走路的时候踩在上面，很可能会踩坏脚。这个塌陷的井盖真的是一个很大的安全隐患。
朋友告诉我，这个地方很危险，因为附近有学校，很多学生都会路过这里。如果孩子不小心踩到，后果不堪设想。5月24日，我路过这里，看到我们放的三角锥桶还在坍塌的井盖上，没有人来修。不知道井盖坏了应该归哪个部门管。我想借此机会呼吁有关部门尽快处理，解决这个安全隐患。
