可爱的卡通形象构成了一道充满艺术气息的风景线；五颜六色的井盖为整个小区增添了一抹亮色和活力。5月24日，燕山街道万科社区联合北京万科物业服务有限公司秦皇岛分公司开展了创意井盖涂鸦活动。涂鸦井盖不仅有传统的警示图标和富有创意的艺术人物，还有微笑的向日葵、滚球的猫等卡通形象，深受孩子们的喜爱。让“井盖”变成了“景观盖”，方寸之地在大家的努力下演变成了社区文化的视觉长廊，为社区增添了亮色。
聚爱聊热闹的跳蚤市场。
六一儿童节来临之际，社区开展了“好东西遇见新主人”的跳蚤市场活动。活动现场，小朋友们化身小老板，用不同的方式宣传自己的玩具。孩子们用自己的智慧和油嘴滑舌，让那些沉睡的物品循环往复，重新扮演自己的角色。不一会儿，孩子们都找到了新朋友，睡觉的东西也都找到了新主人。
义务劳动，文明志愿服务，了不起
社区联合党员、群众、网格员、志愿者倡导和开展义务劳动。志愿者们纷纷拿起劳动工具，清理贴在小区公共设施上的房屋出租、商业宣传小广告，捡拾清理小区内的白色垃圾，既保护了小区环境的整洁美观，又培养了居民爱护公共环境的意识。
