新型宽边沉降井盖
首批17套在湖北路“上岗”。
记者从市政管理处了解到，为解决井盖下沉问题，以湖北路为试点，更换宽边沉降井盖。目前，首批17个试点井盖已基本建成。
近年来，随着城市道路上流通车辆的加重，部分路段特别是机动车道上的井盖出现破损、沉降、跳车、移位、井周破损等现象。
“小井盖连着大平安”。为有效改善井盖下沉现象，保障道路交通安全，提高车辆舒适性，市政部门于今年5月中旬启动了井盖专项排查工作，组织人员对市区38条道路的井盖下沉情况进行排查；另一方面，积极与井盖维护管理经验丰富的先进地区对接，探索新型宽边框沉降井盖的施工技术和管理经验。
5月下旬，我市正式启动湖北路(湖东路-红旗路)17座下沉式井盖改造试点。在湖北路上，新“上岗”的宽边沉降井盖与路面无缝融合，车辆通过时不仅平稳，而且不再发出异响。“与传统井盖相比，宽边沉井盖通过加大外径和安装橡胶条，增加了井盖的承重面积，分散了车辆的冲击载荷，降低了振动和噪音。具有结构整体性好、质量可控、维护简单等优点。”市政服务署启动办主任夏广林说。
据悉，为最大限度减少施工对道路交通的影响，市政办避开高峰时段，夜间加班加点，优化施工流程，压缩施工时间，全面加快安装进度。目前，17个试点井盖已基本建成。
后期，市政办将逐步将“有病”井盖更换为宽边沉井盖，并结合我市实际优化设计，推进井盖结构、材料、施工工艺和管理的标准化和规范化，全面提升市政道路建设质量，规范市政检查井建设和管理，确保人民群众道路出行舒适和道路安全。
