接到报警后，南康区专业森林消防大队立即出动35人，携带1辆排水车、2台排水泵、500米排水软管、20个救生圈等设备赶赴渍水路段进行抢险。
消防战士到达现场后，暴雨仍在继续，部分低洼处近1米深，水位仍在上涨，无人员和车辆被困。消防救援人员掌握现场情况后，根据现场情况对积水区域和路段进行勘察，迅速分工协作，连夜进行排水作业。
在排水作业现场，消防救援人员一边打开井盖，一边清理路面和排水口的杂物，同时在排水沟附近拉起警戒线，引导群众绕行危险路段。同时，他们对井盖的位移和损坏情况进行了全面检查，消除安全隐患，确保市民出行安全。
经过近13个小时的强力排水，消防战士成功化解了这里的险情，恢复了道路的正常运行，受到了辖区居民的广泛好评。
