近几日，社区里的网格员在巡查过程中发现了某铁路小区道口的台阶有两处下水井的井盖坏掉、脱落，一处台阶出现了空洞现象。
晏家坪街道铁路院社区以“三抓三促”行动为契机，以有效服务居民生活为宗旨、充分发挥“小区党员阵地”聚力优势，将“我为群众办实事”融入到日常巡查工作当中，充分发挥网格化管理职能，及时协调解决群众关心的热点、难点问题。
由于破损井盖位于小区台阶主干道上，存在很大安全隐患。社区网格员随即第一时间上报社区，并通过社区及时联系相关部门督促其进行维修，同时在井口周围放置锥形桶作为安全提示。随后，区住建局派工作人员前来维修，初步判断井内沼气腐蚀井盖，井沿承受不住压力导致井盖破损、脱落。经过维修人员一下午的抢修，对井盖周边基座进行了加固并更换了新的井盖，及时消除隐患，路面恢复如初，居民出行安全得到保障。
下一步，铁路院社区将持续推进小区党员阵地建设，进一步夯实小区力量，构建由街道党工委引领、社区‘社工委’协商、小区党员驻守的基层治理体系，用心用力用情解决居民群众急难愁盼问题，切实增强居民群众的获得感、幸福感、安全感。
