为深入贯彻市委市政府关于创建全国文明城市的有关要求，在巩固文明城市创建工作成果的基础上，发挥排水部门精准管护职能，实现城市排水窨井盖管理精细化、标准化。市城市排水设施管理处积极开展排水窨井盖专项整治行动，确保主城区主干次道路排水基础设施安全运行。
市城市排水设施管理处高度重视排水窨井盖专项整治行动，庞强主任组织各部门负责人召开专项整治行动推进会，对窨井盖整治工作进行具体部署，要求窨井盖更换工作从3月10日开始进行，严格按照日常管护制度，划分重点创城区域，开展“地毯式”更换窨井盖专项工作。
根据创城要求，维修队伍按照规范开展窨井盖更换工作，一是要文明施工，做好设立围栏、设置醒目安全警示标志及安全穿戴等防护工作；二是将施工产生的混泥土垃圾、杂物清扫干净，保持道路干净整洁。同时，维修队伍一方面针对井盖与井座不配套而出现行车跳动、缺陷井盖噪声扰民等现象进行拆除重砌井座、增加缓冲橡皮带消除噪声；另一方面将坏烂、丢失等井盖根据规格尺寸、构造形式及功能选取最新标准井盖进行更换。截至3月14日，市城市排水设施管理处完成了问题井座登记150处，并已完成更换56座。
下一步，市城市排水设施管理处继续以创城为抓手，精准管护城市排水窨井盖，严把窨井盖的质量关、维护关，提升城市排水设施的管护水平。

井盖的类型有哪些？
井盖类型非常的多，像是上水井盖、污水井盖、雨水井盖、雨水箅子、电力井盖、路灯井盖、通信井盖、电信井盖、热力井盖、燃气井盖、电缆井盖、化粪池井盖等等。不同的井盖有不同的功能，上水井盖是供水用的井盖，下水井盖则主要是用来排除掉路面上的积水的。像湖南甄金井盖的类型，有不锈钢井盖、铸铁井盖、复合树脂井盖等类型，铸铁井盖中，球墨铸铁圆井和铸铁沟盖板使用的较多。因为路面上的车辆多，而球墨铸铁井盖的承压能力比较好，公路上使用的多的就是这类型井盖了，而且井盖的类型也多。
