悬挑式脚手架施工搭设工艺流程:

1、技术交底、现场施工准备、放线定位测量;

2、悬挑层预埋锚环;

3、悬挑架底部支撑体系结构安装;

4、竖立杆、将纵向扫地杆与立杆扣接;

5、安装横向扫地杆、安装纵向水平杆、安装横向水平;

6、安装连墙件、安装剪刀撑;

7、扎色带及张挂安全网、作业层铺脚手板和挡脚板、设置警示标志;

8、组织验收、合格后方可投入使用。

      悬挑式脚手架在搭设时应注意,每段搭设高度不得大于24m,剪刀撑、连墙件应同步搭设,悬挑架底必须张挂安全平网防护,外架应高出作业楼层1.5m以上。悬挑钢梁型号及锚固件、悬挑钢梁悬挑长度应按设计确定。材料的抗弯强度、抗剪强度及架体稳定性、扰度必须经过计算设计。

      悬挑钢梁固定端长度必须超过悬挑长度的1.25倍,支承点应设置在施工层结构梁上,不得设置在外伸阳台上或悬挑板上,否则应采取加固措施。
