天津北方网讯:汛期将至，记者获悉，红桥区不断加强科技成果应用，增强防大、防猛、防超信心，全力做好备战工作。
隧道涵洞在降雨时最容易积水，也是每年防汛的重点。红桥区有14个地下涵洞。为最大限度保障人民群众生命财产安全，红桥区应急局、区住建委等防汛相关成员单位不断探索如何提高汛期响应速度，对地下涵洞等重点防汛点实现多维度、全方位、快速的实时动态监测预警，以便及时采取应急措施。
据了解，红桥区住建委与天津童瑶科技有限公司合作，结合当今大数据和物联网大趋势，历时两年，对辖区14座隧道涵洞进行水深监测设备和水位实时动态物联网设备。截至目前，全部安装完成并投入使用。
通过安装基于窄带物联网nb-iot技术的水位监测设备，防汛人员可以实时查询涵洞等关键点的水位。该设备可监测最深3米水位，最快响应时间不到19秒，可为防汛提供精细化的技术和数据支撑。同时，该设备还可以根据设定的预警水位，随时向工作人员手机小程序推送报警预警信息，便于指挥员实时掌握，快速反应。
此外，借助本次安装工作收集的数据，红桥区住建委还梳理出辖区内30个易积水点。在已安装10个智能井盖的基础上，继续在另外20个易积水点安装雨量和雨情检测设备，并按照“一地一预案”制定完善应急预案。
下一步，防汛人员将充分利用这套“智慧排水”系统，通过大数据+物联网技术，实时监控IOT传感器智能井盖水位，有效控制井内水状态。(津云新闻记者田)据
