“昨天中午我在村里巡逻时，发现村民邱正在井口吃力地打水。井估计离地面不到1米，邱已经73岁了，看起来很危险。”临海市友谊村电网第二专职网格员张报道。
见此情形，急忙上前帮张邱提水。
邱告诉她，这口井历史悠久。她小时候在那里。大概十年前，井口翻修过。虽然家里有天然水，但我还是习惯每天在这里洗菜洗衣服，可以省不少钱。
张发现，马路离水井不到2米，来往的人很多，附近也有小孩在玩耍。通常情况下，井口没有加盖，因此存在很大的安全隐患:一旦有人落井，后果不堪设想。
张立即将情况汇报给网格长齐阳昌，井盖整治行动也随之展开。他们先找了个“井盖”把井盖住，然后进行拉网式调查，摸清网格内的井数，登记建帐。
对已抽干的三口井，网格设立责任监督员，遵循“谁用谁管”的属地管理原则，安排人员驻村巡逻。
安全高于一切，责任重于泰山。发生过“1”次事故，就算之前有千万个“安全”，也就失去了意义。村民尤其是未成年人要加强安全意识，确保安全度夏。
